1. Complimentary Transit Insurance
All idols, temples, and artworks are 100% insured against damage, transit shocks, or loss. In the unlikely event of any transit mishap, SRKC provides an immediate no-hassle replacement or full refund.
2. Specialized Sacred Packaging
Large idols and mandirs are packed in custom wooden crates with high-density foam cushioning. Smaller brass items and diyas are wrapped in sealed velvet protective sleeves.
3. Delivery Timelines
Standard brass and pooja orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and delivered in 3–6 business days across India. Custom-carved mandirs and large commissioned idols require 10–20 days for hand-carving and seasoning before dispatch.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your sacred order is dispatched, you receive instant tracking details via SMS and WhatsApp. You can also view live status anytime under your Account Orders dashboard.
